Shipping policy

This shop features custom products which are all "Print on Demand"

Meaning: they are produced once a product is purchased and supplied by various Production Partners. Each unique item has varying production and shipping times, which range depending upon the Production Partner. 

Please understand these *made-to-order* products take time to be created, and anticipate that in your shipping time. These are custom made products, not quick off the shelf Amazon or Ebay items. (No offense to Amazon & Ebay - we love them - we just don't have the same capacity to honor such fast shipping)

Please Note: Production does not typically run over weekends. Which means if an order was paid for on Thursday, the first day of production would be Friday, and the second day of production would be Monday.

Production times can range from 1-10 days, and shipping times can range from 1-7 days. 

On average, your order should be produced and shipped within 1 week (7 business days) from your purchase date. If you have not received your product within 15 Business days, please contact info@thingsbyc.com.
